• Payment: Payment is to be made by direct deposit or cash either prior to or on the day of booking. Pay pass is also available (please note that a 5% service charge will be applied when using this method)

• Cancellation: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. If this is the case please contact us as soon as possible. We are always happy to reschedule your appointment with us subject to availability.

• Rescheduling: We are always happy to make another time with you as your wellbeing is important to us. So please do not hesitate to contact us if you know that you cannot make your appointment. We appreciate your cooperation & understanding & for honouring our time & commitment to help you on your Soul's Journey.

• Refunds: No refunds will be offered if you decide to cancel without sufficient notice (less than 48hours) if you have paid for your booking in advance or made a $55.00 deposit for healing packages, classes & circles. No refunds will be offered if you decide not to show up or contact us.
